Tadao Inc. (“Tadao,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. This notice explains how we handle information in connection with tadao.ai, demo requests and our related business communications.
This notice concerns our public website and prospective business relationships. It does not describe the handling of business documents or other information processed under a customer engagement. Those activities require the applicable service terms and data protection arrangements.
Information you provide
When you book a demo, we receive your name, email address, company, the description of your role or business that you select, your chosen meeting time and any notes you choose to provide. If you add guests, their contact details may also be included in the booking. Please only provide another person’s information when you are entitled to do so.
When you email us or communicate with us on LinkedIn, we receive your contact or profile information and the contents of your message. You may also choose to share information about your company, project or business needs. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
Website activity and cookies
Our website is hosted on Framer and uses Framer’s built-in analytics to understand visits and page activity. Framer describes its built-in analytics as cookie-free. This does not describe the separate practices of services you visit through links on our website.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. When you leave our website to use Cal.com or LinkedIn, review the privacy and cookie choices available on those services.
How we use information
We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, arrange and conduct demos, understand your business requirements, prepare requested proposals and follow up on those conversations. We also use website activity information to understand which pages are useful and maintain our website.
We also handle information when necessary to address privacy requests, keep appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a particular activity requires your authorization or consent, this notice does not replace that requirement.
Services and recipients
We use the following services in connection with these activities:
Framer provides website hosting and built-in analytics.
Cal.com provides demo scheduling and processes the information entered into the booking form.
Google Meet provides the meeting service identified on our demo booking page.
Providers’ roles depend on the service and the activity. A provider may process information for us and may also process information for its own purposes, as described in its own privacy notice. Links to those notices are provided below; they do not replace Tadao’s responsibilities for its own processing.
We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or competent authorities when necessary for a legal obligation or claim. If a business transaction involves transferring personal information, applicable notice, authorization and protection requirements must still be met.
International processing
Tadao is incorporated in Delaware, United States, and operates from Barranquilla, Colombia. Our service providers may process information in other countries. The legal mechanism and protections required for a transfer depend on where the information comes from and where it goes.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can contact jd@tadao.ai to ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or tell us to stop contacting you for marketing or prospecting. Identify your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
The rights and exceptions that apply depend on the relevant law. Where Colombian data protection law applies, these include rights to know, update and correct your information, request proof of authorization where required, learn how your information has been used, and request deletion or revocation of authorization where legally available. You may also bring a complaint to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio after completing the applicable prior request procedure.
We will handle requests within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fulfilling a request. A request to stop marketing does not prevent a response to a demo or other communication you have requested.
Children
Our website and demo process are intended for people seeking information about business services. They are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Tadao, contact us so we can investigate and take the appropriate action.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when our activities change. The published version will show its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain authorization before using information for a new purpose.
